Complaints Procedure
If you have any concerns about the service you have received from Bispham Dental, please let us know. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. You can raise a complaint by speaking to a member of our team, writing to us at our practice address, or emailing us directly.
How to Complain
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a formal complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible — ideally within a matter of days or at most a few weeks.
You can make a complaint in the following ways:
- In person — speak to any member of our team at the practice
- By telephone — call us on 01253 354432
- In writing — write to us at Red Bank Road, Bispham, Blackpool
- By email — send your complaint to info@bisphаmdental.co.uk
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to have looked into your complaint within 10 working days of the date when you raised it with us. We will then be in a position to offer you an explanation, or a meeting with the people involved.
When we look into your complaint, we will aim to find out what happened and what went wrong, make it possible for you to discuss the problem with those concerned if you would like this, make sure you receive an apology where this is appropriate, and identify what we can do to make sure the problem does not happen again.
